Disgusting and horrible. This is the use of the state to stop competition.

there was a Confidential Settlement Agreement reached between VCSY and Microsoft leading up to the Markman Hearing on July 25th. Is it news to anyone that Microsoft would want to take down Google? VCSy proceeded to get a continuation of the same patent that VCSy and Microsoft settled over. Need I say more?
