C4SIF is pleased to announce that Sheldon Richman has joined the Center’s Advisory Board. A long-time libertarian thinker and writer, Mr. Richman is Editor of The Freeman (Foundation for Economic Education), a contributor to The Concise Encyclopedia of Economics, and the author of Separating School & State: How to Liberate America’s Families. Some of his IP-related publications may be found on the Center’s Resources page, to-wit:
- “Patent Nonsense,” The American Conservative (Jan. 1, 2012);
- “Slave Labor and Intellectual Property: On a misplaced analogy,” The Freeman Online (June 3, 2011); and
- “Intellectual ‘Property’ Versus Real Property: What Are Copyrights and What Do They Mean for Liberty?,” The Freeman (June 12, 2009), which I discussed here.
