Apple sues Samsung over Galaxy products

by Stephan Kinsella on April 20, 2011

From Reuters: Apple sues Samsung over Galaxy products: for “copying” the iOS devices.

Disgusting and horrible. This is the use of the state to stop competition.

Update:  Samsung strikes back at Apple with ten patent infringement claims

–a good example of why companies are forced to acquire an arsenal of patents for defensive purposes.

The biggest patent lawsuits that nobody knows of is with small 2 cent a share ,Vertical Computer Systems Inc vs. Samsung and LG.
VCSy is sueing because Android infringes two VCSY patents. Samsung and LG are Googles two biggest Android sellers

Vertical lawsuit against Interwoven, LG and Samsung:

there was a Confidential Settlement Agreement reached between VCSY and Microsoft leading up to the Markman Hearing on July 25th. Is it news to anyone that Microsoft would want to take down Google? VCSy proceeded to get a continuation of the same patent that VCSy and Microsoft settled over. Need I say more?
