Mark Cuban Bashes Patents on Shark Tank

I’ve noted before the heroic anti-patent views of entrepreneur Mark Cuban, e.g. in my posts Mark Cuban Funds EFF’s New ‘Mark Cuban Chair To Eliminate Stupid Patents’ and Mark Cuban: Patent law is killing jobs. He is also one the key “sharks” on the show Shark Tank (one of the best shows on TV, introduced to me by my friend Michael McKay). In a recent episode, he bashes Scott Jordan, founder of ScottEVest, for trying to profit in patent-troll fashion off of a seemingly ridiculous patent on having wires for speakers run up inside the lining of a jacket.
