Roderick Long’s Classic Demolition of Intellectual Property

In his great (1995) article The Libertarian Case Against Intellectual Property Rights. I have handed Roderick’s above article to people in an attempt to change their views on IP in the past and I have found that the mere mention of Ayn Rand turned them off. Of course that’s their problem that they stop being able to think rationally when the names of people they don’t like are mentioned, but still, if the goal is simply to persuade them despite their prejudices, then this article often doesn’t do the job.
